The thesis concerns on how to improve the precision of the measurement of the Flywheel dynamic balancing machine in the development of the instrument's software and hardware.It includes seven chapters and the contents are as follow:In chapter 1, some basic things about dynamic balancing machine is introduced,including what unbalance is,the basic theory,the significance,some general development history and its prospect,basic element and the kinds of the dynamic balancing machine.Finally, the intention and the task of this paper are put forward.In chapter 2,the structure of the Flywheel dynamic balancing machine is presened.Based on its actural structure, some certain analysis on its dynamics model is made.The next step is on balance procedure,at last the blueprint of the system's measurement is put forward.In chapter 3,the scheme which in theory could ensure the unbalance measurement precision of the flywheel is researched, including how to measure the amount of unbalance and the phase of unbalance of the flywheel,how to calibrate the dynamic balancing and how to resovle the sampled data.In chapter 4,the choice and the design of the instrument's hardware is introduced.Before decide the type of the sensor, the data acquisition card and the industry computer for the scheme the characteristic parameter of them are analysed. At last the design of the pretreatment circuit for cutting the direct voltage and the design of the lowpass filter are introduced.In chapter 5, the software of the measurement system design is introduced,including the design of the driver which supports the acquision card,the design of calibration function,the design of measurement function and wave show function.In chapter 6, the data from the lab and the test spot are analysed ,a conclusion based on the analysis is drawn.At last the basic influence which could debase the measurement precision is analysed and how to reduce the influence is refered.Finally, the conclusion and expectation for the future study are shown.
