Owing to buried in the underground, along with elapsing of time, is constructing and soil corruptions and topography are subsided etc the influence is down, and the pipeline can occur corrodes, perforation and let out. It brings gas group the serious loss. In order to reduce potential danger, to newly-builts and online gas pipeline, it's necessary to corrosive detection regularly.Nowadays, all kinds of method has been used, and they have his respectively superiority and shortcoming, and are also different in their scope of application. Up to now, not appear solve the city to burn the method or technical proposal that the question was tested in the windpipe way corruption yet completely with covering up. In this paper, the principle and application condition analysis of available various methods are systematically analyzed and then a series of methods are proposed to detect the urban gas pipeline.For the sake of the gas pipeline works normally in long-term, we can be divided into the quality grade 1,2,3,4 and 5. 1 level is the highest grade, and 5 level are for the worst grade. There are a variety of factors which has influenced pipeline, every influence factor exactly assessment index assessing the system. Want carrying on the objective integrated evaluation to the pipeline building the active evaluation system. The principle which should be abided by when building the assessment index system: systematic nature, science, comparable, measurable and independence. On the basis of study the law on the foundation following the mentioned above principle, we take buried time of pipeline, breakage per kilometer , anticorrosive layer kind, soil corrosiveness, operating of years and pipe thickness and anticorrosive layer of insulating resistance and pipeline-ground voltage as the factor that used to evaluate the status of gas pipeline.Based on the previous detection and the index system, we develop a visual and highly integrated buried steel gas pipeline quality evaluation system on the Maplnfo platform. It includes the following seven subsystem: data import and transform subsystem, map and the engineering management subsystem, gas pipeline quality evaluation subsystem , visual attribute query subsystem, pipeline real-time inspect subsystem, and customer service subsystem, data statistics and output subsystem . |
