Metric Analysis On Location Environment Of Urban Residential District In Dalian

Abstract: This article has expatiated the basic theory of location and analyzed construction of Dalian dwelling house from the location of residential districts; Based on the characteristic of Dalian, choosing seven factors to constitute model distance from the urban center, distance from the urban central scenic spots, the shortest distance from the coastline, district s terrain grade, educational environment at the district neighborhood, culture atmosphere at the district neighborhood, and the abundance public buses at the district neighborhood, Combined routine mathematics mode from geography information system Surfer7.0, Mapinfo6.0 and statistical analytical soft Spss10.0, and analyzed the location conditions of 52 Dalian representative residential districts and the connection of location and dwelling house price; Based on the score of location factors, Spacial classification has been adopted to Dalian residential districts; take Dalian dwelling house into six different types and pointed out the construct advantage of different dwelling house, at last forecasted the developing trend of Dalian s residential districts total spacial layout. Practice prove that it is a good way by using mathematics and analytical soft to analyze the urban location conditions of residential districts. The analytic way is in reason, and effect is preferable.
