The Research Of Residential Energy Efficiency Design Standard And Its Application In Dalian Area

Nowadays, the energy issue has increasingly become a hot focus by the public. With the larger percentage of the energy consumption of buildings, building energy efficiency has become an important issue that the whole construction area has to face to. Because of the rapid growth of the national economy and urbanization development in recent years, the residential industry has been developing rapidly as well. The energy conservation related to residential building has been more and more important.The paper works with the residential buildings. According to Dalian area’s geography climate characteristics, in view of the residential energy consumption characteristics, combined with the requirements of " Liaoning residential energy conservation design standard",(Liaoning provincial standard DB21/T1476-2011), and comprehensive consideration of the climate factors’diversity and instability. Through the building energy consumption analysis of practical construction buildings’, putting forward the corresponding design method of building energy conservation, which from the aspect of master plan, building design, building envelope and the transitional space between interior and exterior. Eventually discussing how to make the residential buildings not only can reach the standard of energy consumption, but also satisfy its economic rationality. And, give the appropriate solutions for the problems existing in building energy efficiency design of Dalian area. Provide a design system for the architects, in order to create the modern residential with the characteristics of energy-efficient and regional.
