A Study Of Cooporative Process Planning Method In The Virtual Company Environment

Virtual company is the main company style of the 21st century. The single computer working model of traditional CAPP system is needed to transform to the net working model of multi-machine cooperation, static model changing to dynamic model and the way of dealing with technical data changing to the way of company cooperation and share. The following characters are also in it, structure rebuilding, function extension, information integration, automatic decision, quick response, resources combination, technical cooperation design and so on.According the above requirements, after the analysis of development trend and the existing problems of CAPP technology and characters of virtual company and the requirements of CAPP system ,the ideal of CAPP system of virtual company on the "INTEGRATED POWERS"info integration module and technical database based on the Internet/Web is put forward. The design of the function, basic structure, system frame and working flow of virtual company's CAPP system is done and security prevention methods of overall system sever is setup. The technical database is built up to satisfy the requirements of integration and share requirements of virtual company's CAPP system. The database of relation structure is used and the dynamic link and query is realized by the ASP/ADO query style. Management and maintaining of the database is done and the security methods of it are improved. Cooperation technical design of long-distance based on the net of virtual company is discussed and the function module and communication technology of cooperation technical design is also stated. The main function of net CAPP system is designed by VBScript language, ActiveX technology, Web design tool ASP technology. Technical automatic decision is realized in the invention expert system, and the requirements of virtual company manufacturing environment are satisfied. The following flow is designed on the net CAPP system to give one ideal in setting up dynamic cooperation, logging in interface->system function describing interface->information releasing->information querying->technical data upload ->evaluation of technical ability.
