In recent years,the shortcomings of the "Chartered Boat" model have become increasingly apparent in Chinese cruise market.Under the trend that Chinese cruise companies are devoted to getting rid of the sales model of "Chartered Boat" and developing a direct sales model.The cooperative sales model of "cruise+" has become the effective way of direct sales to sale cruise tickets because of its low cost,shared risk,resource sharing,etc.The development of airline sales models is similar to cruise ship companies.At the same time,it is favored by cruise companies for its advantages such as fast speed,high reliability,and timeliness.In this background,the cooperation between cruise companies and airlines has become a trend.Income distribution is a key issue that cannot be ignored in the cooperation between cruise companies and airlines,and whether Income distribution is scientific is one of the key factors for the success or failure of company cooperation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study income distribution between cruise companies and airlines under the"Cruise+" model and formulate a reasonable and fair plan of income distribution to improve the company's revenue,maintain the stability of cooperation and enthusiasm of members.Firstly,it sorted out related concepts and theories,analyzed 'the current sales models adopted by cruise companies and airlines in the market,and explained the connotation and characteristics of the "cruise+airplane" model.Secondly,based on the analysis of the status,the influencing factors of income distribution in the cooperation between cruise companies and airlines are analyzed,and the principles and the problems of income distribution are summarized.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of the cruise and aviation markets,a cooperative income model between cruise companies and airlines was constructed to solve the optimal cooperative income,and the optimal cooperative revenue was initially distributed by the Shapley.According to the results of the initial distribution,considering the factors that affect the income distribution,an improved Shapley method of the income distribution is constructed,and the results of income distribution are comprehensively optimized by the Topsis,so as to provide a cooperative income distribution scheme between cruise companies and airlines under the "cruise+" mode.Finally,a simulation analysis is performed to evaluate the income distribution model,verify the feasibility and fairness,and propose countermeasures to promote cooperation.The research results indicate that the improvered method of Shapley considering the various contributions of cooperative members by the introducing the factors affecting the distribution of income,and compensates the companies with more investment.At the same time,the income distribution plan optimized by Topsis is conducive to maintain the stability of cooperation and realize altogether wins between cruise companies and airlines under the "cruise+" mode.
