| Nowadays, mankind is facing a universal problem-- city refuse, which involves the harmonious development of population, resource, and environment. Many countries, as some developed European or America countries are seeking a proficient way to deal with the problem, they had put it in the schedule of municipal administration. So does our country—China, the matter concerns us all. The amount of the production of garbage has reached 130,000,000 ton per year in China, the number take up one forth of the total amount of the world. Garbage surrounded city, and continues to grow down to village in some area, you know how series it will be with the growth of popularity and the rapid development of urbanization. Baoding city locate in the economic circle of Jing-Jin, between Beijing, Tianjin, and Shijiazhuang. The simple method of garbage treatment of hide-in-the –earth or pile up in nearby suburb can't meet the need of refuse disposal. Even worse, this kind of method polluted the environment, and impacted the nearby citizen's health quite considerably. Baoding facing the same severe situation, and according to the market analysis of garbage compost production, Baoding Environment & Sanitation Bureau plan to build up a multiple-treatment factory of domestic refuse of handling ability of 1,000 ton per day at Xikang village, it will cover 530mu (former abandoned kiln pit). The factory will handle 200 ton per day to compost, and 800 ton per day to sanitation bury. It will build a vertical seep-proof curtain wall around bury area to prevent the pollution to underground water.
