Taking into account the water demand forecast price leverage, we take the price of water into the consideration of water demand forecast and establish prediction model between water price and water demand, which achieve the promotion of water conservation and reduce waste water discharge, water users can accept, and will not significantly affect the normal life of residents. The established urban and rural based life prediction model to calculate water demand, If you consider the price factor, water demand in Rong County in urban and rural residents in 2020 was 27.983 million m3,compared to not join the price factor forecast, we can save seven million m3, Discussing the future of water price belongs to within the acceptable range of the user, and also it can achieve the purpose of water conservation.
