The Design And Achievment Of Automatic Refueling Controlling System Of Diesel Locomotive

This dissertation designs a new type system about refueling oil to locomotive automatically aim at the actually illumination of refueling oil to locomotive by manually still. This system uses the refueling machine controlled by computer, proceeding with hardware and software, realizes fuel oil' s computer manager and locomotive' s refueling oil automatically. Industry control adopts the embedded computer of the PC104 bus and combines with the extender car PM5111 for collecting the outer data. So the system haves the functions of control, observation and database manager, which realize automatic management of refueling oil to locomotive.The bus PC104 is a relatively economic industry control computer comparison with the PC bus ones in the case of the same manipulation. The system composed by it has many virtues, just like the few model block, the smaller volume, the lower cost. The system composed by it can adopt embedded operation system, which can reduce the size of the system software and the application software and use the CF disk in stead of the hard disk facility. In one hand the system can save cost, the other hand it can save energy resources.The chapter 1 summarizes the domestic present state of locomotive' s refueling oil and the information manager system, according to the present brings up three modes about it. Through analyzing the three modes reach the reliance of the system design and the solved contents.In chapter 2 summarizes the design of the oil pipe of the refueling machine and the electricity control. The former includes the pipe elements, such as the choice of the flow meter and the electromagnetism. The latter includes the electrical circuit design of computer' s control automatically and control by labor.In chapter 3 summarizes the computer system design of locomotive' s refueling oil automatically based on the PC104 bus, including the system' s hardware composition and function, the selection of mother board, the design of interface board and drive circuit. At the same time introduces the IC car and the key' s application in this system.In chapter 4 introduces in details the software realization of this system, including the operation process of the software and the compile of part procedure. At the same time the chapter 4 states the method and step of designing the interface between people and computer.In chapter 5, the teacnique economy analysis is given.
