| The central function of diesel test-bed is testing the locomotive diesel before checking and accepting. At present, there are lots of problems in many testing systems of the national diesel test-bed, such as low precision, high working intensity, low product efficiency and resource wasting. It has restricted the improvement of testing techniques and repairing level, so it is important to rebuild the diesel test-bed.In this paper, aiming at the existing problems of early testing system, the application of computer monitoring in the process of testing is studied, the corresponding technical problems are solved triumphantly, and the computer monitoring system is rebuilt.In the selection of hardware of testing system, the precise digital flowmeter is used to rebuild the early testing system for examining oil amount, and the problems of imprecise testing of oil amount and low reliability of oil-checking instrument are solved. The interference from environment is decreased, and the testing precision is assured by converting analog signals to digital signals and transfering it into computer by parallel port. In the design of software, the interface is designed by applying Delphi programme, the monitoring signal in different screens may be displayed according to the importance of monitoring object and signal, and the figures in various screens may be switched according to operator's request at any moment. Displaying on-line information using bar and displaying the changing process of object with curves, the working condition of operator has been improved. By utilizing the software to control the program, the testing time and the scope, the experiment is so well performed. The early fault diagnosis of diesel such as milling of plain bearing has been investigated.Through studying and rebuilding the computer monitoring systems of diesel test-bed, the testing precision and the producing efficiency of test-bed are highly improved, and it establish strong base for the improvement of the technology of locomotive overhauling. |
