The Research And Design Of Computer System For Diesel Engine Test And Analysis

On the basis of a brief analysis of the state-of-the-art of diesel engine performance monitoring and analysis, this thesis put forward a new scheme about diesel engine monitoring system, which integrate many helpful functions. We have applied this scheme into actuality in Dalian Locomotive Factory, developed a diesel engine testing and analysis system named DMC-701. The article expatiates the framework of DMC-701 which includes the selection of hardware, the module of data collection, the art of software designing, the evaluation of diesel engine performance, curve plotting, The system central around a industry computer, all the signals was put into the computer through circuit interface card. The software of the system was designed by employing Visual Basic, Matlab and MCGS configuration software. This software could be mainly divided into six parts, which are man-machine interface, date-base management, program control, data analysis, data communication and system supervising.This diesel engine testing and analysis system appeases the requirement of diesel engine testing. It would also have a promising future in the market for its profitable cost.
