With the development of global economy, it's important to consume energy proplerly. In order to balance the use of electricity energy in the day and night, ice- storage application of technology popularize. But it needs more equipments to make and store ice, increases the first investment and the power consumption is greater than the routine system actually. The method of solving this problem is to combine together with the low-temperature airflow. As the low-temperature airflow system combine with ice-storage, each air handling equipment will change accordingly, because of the reducing of temperature of supply air and the reduction of air quantity. This paper discusses and anlyses the low- temperature airflow system overall.The paper analyses the systematic characteristic of the low-temperature airflow sysytem at first, compared with routine system, the former has more advantages on the economy and comfortableness than the latter. Secondly, low-temperature airflow system cold source comes from the ice-storage system.This paper analyses ice-storage system, draws the most suitable methold for the low-temperature airflow, and discusses which kind of ice-storage mode adopts to operate for economy and high-efficient the most.The system design are compared with normal system roughly the same that low-temperature airflow, but more problems should be considered. In this article, to room latent heat load, fan heat gain, duct heat gain, insulation thickness, air temperature and air volume, the choice of cooling coil pipe and end device, has all make a detailed analysis, and provide the concrete calculation instances, which can be the reference for design. The control of low-temperature airflow system is more complex because of combining with ice-storage, optimum tactics should be anlysed, so that system run most economic.In the end, the paper makes summary to full text, and previews the future development and application of low-temperature airflow system.
