We describe the knowledge base by relation schema and use the database method to store and manage the knowledge base, to improve the property of knowledge base management, and to surmount the limitation of which an expert system can not use knowledge base effectively. The major work is outlined as follows:This software builds the device database and figure database under Oracle database environment, and incorporates functions such as network technology searching, knowledge production and derivation processing and etc.Design a network topology, knowledge database, reasoning mechanism that suit the various operation of power plant.The knowledge base and structural databases of a substation are separated from the inference machine. The system dispatches operation ticket based on the power system's primary state and is goal state. It is easy to modify and expand the substation structure and knowledge base and the dispatched operating ticket features accurate and flexible.
