The existing Standard of Dangerous Building Appraisal(JGJ125-99)has clear mind and easy to realize by adopting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation comprising three aspects and four grades such as components, building parts and the whole building. However, in the above fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, exact mechanical models of the analyzed object can't be built up, which will unavoidably miss such important information that may result in unexpected faulted diagnosis in the evaluation. Compared with the Reliability Appraisal of Factory Building(GBJ144-90)and the Standard for Appraiser of Reliability of Civil Buildings(GB50292-1999), the Standard of Dangerous Building Appraisal can't embody their good qualities despite of being issued later, whose veracity and rationality of the evaluation system and division of the grades should be discussed furthermore. Simultaneously, the evaluation systems of the three standards of appraisal diverge from each other's, which may bring discommodity to the appraisal work.The study shows that in the Standard of Dangerous Building Appraisal, components just being sorted into dangerous point and safe point, membership dangerous classes of the building parts only being decided by the percent of the dangerous components, taken no account of the exact distribution and the degree of importance on the load path, will lead to faulted diagnosis. Meanwhile, when modeling for the evaluation of the whole building, such fixed weights as 0.3, 0.6 and 0.1 are utilized to weigh the ground foundation, top burdening structure and maintaining structure, controversial principal-factor-decision fuzzy operators M(∧,∨) and max-subjection are adopted ,which will result in faulted diagnosis, too.Finally, according to the theory of fuzzy mathematics, combining with the Reliability Appraisal of Factory Building and the Standard for Appraiser of Reliability of Civil Buildings, the paper discusses the mentioned problems from the division of the component, the decision of the membership classes and the fuzzy affiliation of the whole building, and then presents several methods to solve those problems in a degree, in order to perfect the Standard of Dangerous Building Appraisal and to improve its reliability of appraisal.
