Industry resistance furn ace volume, the more heavy load, the greater the heat capacity, the greater th ermal iner tia, which increased the difficulty of temperatur e control system, especially in the low temperature zone, no radiation, no convection, heat conduction only One way, the temperature control process is seriously lagging behind, will cause large overshoot, adjusted for a long time, the temperature control quality. Thesis based on these characteristics and requirements of industrial resistance furnace temperature control object, analyzes the characteristics of conventional temperature control method, the control method is determined by nine industrial resistance furnace temperature control system design. Through the simulation parameters determining the temperature nine controllers and controller design based on single-loop temperature control nine experimental system. MATLAB platform design of the S-function simulation program, and achieved a good emulation, to ensure the stability of the system. To improve the accuracy of the temperature control system of nine amendments integral controller, the system has good dynamic performance and steady-state performance. Design of single-loop temperature control system based on Siemens PLC and MCGS configuration software architecture through multiple sets of experiments to optimize the design of the simulation parameters, to achieve a good temperature effect.
