Development And Research Of The Electric Equipment Defect Management Subsystem In Intelligent Equipment Patrol Management System

In the power plants, the production process is complicated, the production equipments are various. In order to monitor the running situation of the equipment , find the accident potential of the equipment in time, guarantee normal running of equipments, it is necessary for patrolmen to examine or patrol important equipments timingly or un timingly, and record and archive operation conditions and operation parameters of equipments as the basis of overhaul of equipments in the future.Intelligent equipment patrol management system is an information management system which is applied for work of equipments or production technology patrol. It can complete the control of patrolled equipments and data gathering and information transmission of examining equipments which regards the computer as the core of controlling system, based on the high-performance hardware, with software of high security , dependability , the interface operating briefly, and integrated system. It' s meaningful to improve and promote management quality of equipments and technology, reduce the cost of equipments maintenance, lengthen the life of equipments service , prompt management level of enterprise.With the continuous renovation of the electricity technology, the management of electric enterprises, especially the management of the electric equipment will face heavier challenge than before. The defect treatment procedure in traditional management mode which often leads to equipments defect treated untimely because of people' s management and reserves, have notobviously adapt to the present market mechanism yet. So, it is necessary to implement the new defect management method in electric enterprises.Equipments defect management is one of the important components of safety production in power plants. Rational, efficient equipment defect management system will raise the health level of the equipment, guarantee the safe operation of generators and equipments, thus to realize the goal of safety production expected. But because of various reasons , the equipment defect management in most power plants remains manual management mode now, even with computers , the current situation is still less than satisfactory .Based on the intelligent equipment patrol management system in this text, I develop the module of defect management in equipment patrol management system .The basic content includes: 1. Introduct briefly the intelligent equipment patrol management system. 2. Independently develop the defect management subsystem in equipment patrol management system. 3. The installation and running situation of the intelligent equipment patrol management system in our plant. 4. Based on fuzzy mathematics and the fuzzy control theory ,I build the mathematical model of the equipment fault diagnosis .In this text I study emphatically the intelligent equipment patrol management system and the electric equipment defect management subsystem.
