Research On Development Of A LPG Four Stroke SI Engine For Motorcycle

Research on alternative transportation fuels is one of the most important research projects in the 21 th century, focusing on dealing with more and more serious and pressing problems of environmental conservation and energy saving of the globe. Now, development of alternative fuel motorcycle is challenging whole motorcycle industry in China to face the demand of durable development of the motorcycle industry. So development of an original LPG motorcycle is put forward in the thesis to try to obtain more harmonic correlation between the development of the industry and the environment conservation of the globe. Some research results are achieved as follows:Through analyzing the valve rule, the relief pressure valve of the balance processing type is designed and made out. The static test indicates that the balance type valve can maintain static fluid and out pressure when the inlet pressure is low. As a result, the projector of back-type and balance-type can maintain the steady fluid when the pressure in gas bottle reduced.To improve the power of LPG engine, it is put forward that the LPG is damped by gasoline. The contrast test is produced.- Two projects are presented based on the analysis of the LPG injector's structure and operating principle. The structure of the LPG injector had been designed. The type and driving way of electromagnetic coils in different projects had been analyzed simultaneously.The designing and rebuilding of the electrical control LPG injection system had been finished. The testing of the electrical control LPG engine also had been carried out. The result of the comparing testing using pure LPG, gasoline, or the blend of gasoline and LPG indicate that electrical control LPG engine's dynamical force has a little less than gasoline engine, and the exhaust performance is improved. The motive force of LPG with petrol is a little less than the pure LPG...
