The Research On Interrelation And Coordination Between Quality Control And Time Control

The three goals of project control are quality, time and cost. These three aspects condition each other and influence each other, so form a correlative antagonistic unity. Quality, time, and cost form the goal system of project management commonly. Changes on the one hand will inevitably arouse changes of the other two aspects. That is, if there are some wrong with one aspect, the whole system will out-of-balance, and so bring negative influence to project. Usually, in real project, people often clear one or two control goals, then, consider other factors. In view of this, this paper will discuss the coordinative relation of quality control and time control on the premise of supposing that cost can be guaranteed. On the ground of consulting large quantity of documents, in this paper, writer utilizes the principle of cybernetics to expound the principle and methods of quality control and time control in project management. Writer utilizes the correlative principle of compound system to analyze systematic coordination with quality control and time control. In this paper, writer just put the research of time control and quality control together, in order to analyze the interaction relation of quality control and time control as well as the coordinative relation of them. Via doing this, writer aims at offering reference suggestion for the future research in project management and producing some realistic guidance for the practical work in project management.
