The Research Of Resources Integrated System In The Model Of Agile Manufacturing

The rapid progress of information technologies is now changing the traditional manufacture. This trade has to face a fatal revolution. One of solution to meet this revolution is to establish the novel agile manufacturing mode. However, in this new manufacturing mode, how to optimally configure, and effectively utilize the manufacturing resource dispersed around the whole world is becoming the bottleneck.At first, this paper analyzes the characteristic of agile information system, then an technology standard is proposed for the rapid configuration of integration system. After that, the process and primary function of resource integration system is introduced, moreover this paper discuss the model of manufacturing resource and methods to describe manufacturing task. Finally, a new approach is presented to configure the agile manufacturing system. It is realize through tow strategic phase. That is resource searching and partner evaluation. In the first phase, an efficient algorithm for resource searching is proposed and implement by defining a set model and constructing a date structure for resource capabilities and task requirement. In addition, the method of conflict resolution has been proposed and carried out when conflict exist between some sub tasks in a batch task. In the second phase, for selecting the best partner, AHP method is adopted. Furthermore, to fit the situation that majority of indexes is determine the nature, this paper has extended AHP method with illegibility function, consequently this method can determine sequence of partner accurately.
