The Improved AHP And Its Application In City Systems Engineering

As an evaluation method of city systems engineering, there are some problems in the AHP. The major problem in practical application is how to examine and correct the consistence of judgment matrix. The thesis puts forward improved AHP on the basis of the implication and the effective utilization of all information of the genetic algorithm. The method can define the rank weights of the comparative importance of all essential factors and carry on the examination of the consistence of judgment matrix. Theoretical analysis and considerable examples proved that the method is comparatively directly perceived and convenient. Its correction principal and content of correction is comparatively small and takes fully advantage of original judgment matrix. The AGA-CAHP is used to solve choosing optimal schemes of city wastewater process. Analysis results of the method offer a dependable principal for choosing optimal wastewater process schemes. The method can be used in uncertain decision-making problem in the city wastewater process project. The study result of AHP —UDM shows that the information of benefit and loss matrix is mined more sufficiently by using AHP — UDM than common methods . The decision-making information provided by AHP — UDM is more than common methods ,that its computation result is objective and stable.
