Study On Decision-making Quality Evaluation System Of University Library Reconstruction Projects

University library is the important information storage and use ofspace, for the support of university teaching and scientific research,forthe social progress and changed requirements，the use of universitylibrary has been changed, this is the important reason for the old librarybuilding renovation.Along with University education development in our country, by theyear1911,there were1075colleges in six main administrative regioncombined, currently presumably due old thousand universities library isfaced with the reconstruction of repair or has been repaired, old houseneeds to be repaired on a regular basis. In recent years, many collegesand universities plan to repair the old library. In a sense, excellentarchitectural renovation design of university library can promote thefunction.Because each university library form is differ, each has its owncharacteristics, after years of use, university library need to berepaired, the modification effect is determined by retrofit scheme. Inpractice, repair renovation scheme is often a experience decision, we mustfind the university library renovation design scheme decision-making rule,and to quantify the scheme evaluation, on the basis of science evaluationdecision. In fact, theoretical research in this field is not system.Therefore, the university library renovation project qualityevaluation system of project decision-making research has practicalsignificance. University library in the old house renovation schemedecision making is a systematic project, in weighing expected goals, ofteninfluenced by many factors, various kinds of factors are contact,relationship is complex, it is hard to provide quantitative data forreference, a proposed project need library experts and engineers toparticipate in architectural design, fully communication, but in factit’s hard to do, at the same time, the university library renovation isrestricted by the external environment. The characteristics of analytichierarchy process (ahp) is to provide a system analysis method, do notneed complicated mathematical calculation, the quantitative data of theinformation needed is less, according to the decomposition, comparison,judgment, comprehensive way of thinking, decision-making, the advantageis not cut out each factor’s influence on the decision results, this isjust accord with the old house renovation decision-makingcharacteristics. Research content is as follows: the paper is applied the analytichierarchy process to the university library renovation projectdecision-making program evaluation. Through four first-level indicatorsare based on the analysis of common factors, summarizes the commonly usedfunction evaluation, the library environment evaluation, adjustmentflexibility evaluation and evaluation of efficiency, and thus20secondary indicators are derived, on the basis of the expert group fullydemonstrated, we build the universality of the university libraryrenovation project decision-making plan quality evaluation index system,according to the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) theory and quantitativecalculation comprehensive score, different schemes will be obtained, wecan get scientific selection according to the score situation. With caseanalysis, this paper points out the actual effect of the project that theahp was applied in the Ocean University Of China library renovationproject decision making evaluation, the future research direction andfocus is proposed in the paper，as well as we can expand and enrich thetheory of the university library renovation project schemedecision-making quality evaluation. At the same time, it can be used inthe university library reconstruction projects to provide certainreference.
