It's a key step that the information source of building items and the estimate methods in several building schemes decision-making. Accurately information disposal and correctly estimate method will be help to right decision-making. With the rapid development of building projects especially the large-scale building items, we have to conscious that it's important to deepen and prescriptive the decision-making jobs of building items.This subject holds that scientific decision-making is based on the prescriptive indicator system and correctly estimate decision-making method. So this subject established a practical indicator system which analyze on several building schemes from social-political, economic, building condition and environment and so on. With such indicator system and the points given from expert we can easily get the remarking table of indicator. Then this subject quote Genetic Algorithm and change present information to computer language which could make it easily for decision-maker to confonnation the weigh of each indicator. Finally we can get the sort of these building schemes and choose the best building scheme by use of the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.This subject has been used in the three ways decision-making job of the JiTang highway and have got a good result.
