The Research And Design Of The Monitoring And Control System For Railroad Train Air Conditioning

Along with the social development and progress, people physical living level has improved big a lot. The higher requirement for comfortable travel by train pushes the railroad train air conditioning technique increased quickly. The control and the testing techniques of railroad train air conditioning become an important research direction.In Europe countries and America, as well as Japanese, the higher developed countries, computer control system to supervise the air conditioning of railroad train is widely used. The system consists of air conditioning control unit installed in every passenger car and a main control computer located in the cab of the train automotive. Each control unit not only can realize the independent control operates, but also can receive the control command that comes from the main control computer. At the same time, the working condition of each air conditioner and the parameters of air quality in passenger vehicle can be sensed and sent to main control computer on time. So that, whole railroad train inner air circumstance can be controlled.Since the 80's of 20 centuries, the safety supervise and control of the railroad train have been investigated in our country, but techniques of railroad train air condition system supervise and control are poor, and the automation monitors level of railroad train is very low, the automatic equipments that can guarantee railroad train safety are less, and their functions and characteristics do not meet the needs of train travel. And that can not accommodate to the jump development of our rail way transportation. This thesis is mainly on the researches of railroad train air conditioning control.Railroad train air conditioning control and testing techniques, those are based on electronics information technique, computer technique, sensor technique and information processing techniques, are modern mechantronic detecting and control techniques. This thesis takes computer as the control center, by means of analysis software to build a real time data collecting and data processing system. The real time testing device development and the relative theory of train with air conditioning and the generator unit used for train air conditioning are introduced. The current new techniques, the software and hardware, as well as manufactures about the train air conditioning are also introduced.The problems need to be solved in this thesis as following:1. The methods of anti-disturb in forward loop: Include hardware and softwaremeasure.2. The monitor application of program performing, especially the application in hardware system.3. Realize a carrier wave communication.4. The reliability of data transfer.This thesis text put forward the total design project after circulating the spot environment proceeding analysis to the system, combining the combination is actual, proceeding to the system hardware the design chooses the type. This system is more stable through the examination.
