Study On Computer Aided Testing System Of Power Transformer

Power transformer is one of primary high-voltage equipments of power network. The variation of running state of power transformer greatly affects power system's operation in the aspect of safety, stabilization and economy. With the development of electric industry, the request of transformer's reliability becomes higher and higher. The measurement technology of transformer acquires considerable advancement.In this paper, computer aided testing technology (CAT) is applied to transformer's delivery test in order to manufacture a set of computer-based transformer automatic testing system, with which the shortage of traditional manual testing is made up in the veracity, reliability and flexibility. Therefore, the security and reliability of power transformer rises.The paper narrates the methods of how the CAT system carrys out the seven transformer's delivery test items. Collecting and A/D conversion of test data of this testing system are expatiated in the two aspects of software and hardware. Basing of error theory, the paper puts up error analysis of test data. In addition, with some data processing methods, result data are made use of synthetically. For the restraining of noise signals in test, hardware filter circuit is designed and the efficiency of the filter circuit is analysed in detail. Besides, software filter methods are included in the CAT programs. Finally, the paper narrates the data management method in the CAT system and applys test data to transformers' fault judgement when they leave factories.
