Study On Intelligent Synthesized Process System Based On CustomCAPP

Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) based on CustomCAPP system andproduct data management (PDM) is a new form of process design method grounded onthe conception of product integrated manufacturing. It integrates purely both product datamanagement method and engineering manufacturing technology. In order to put it intopractice rightly, management strategy of science and reasoning technology is needed asthe theory foundation. The goal is to share process design and process resources utilizinga common product information pattern. This paper is integrated with Doctor Feng Yuqiang' s CustomCAPP, PDM and thecomputer aided process design of a certain unit small axis accessory, the theory and itsintegrated technique of intelligent synthesized process system based on CustomCAPPsystem and PDM are studied systemically. The production has been validated on a certainkind of small axis accessory, principal research content and production are as follows. 1. Aconceptual model and a system structure based on PDM are proposed. Theintegrated structure, functional model, workflow, developing pattern of unifiedinformation model based on PDM and object oriented software developing methodutilized to dynamic created process planning are illustrated in the environmentof integrated manufacturing of CAPP system. 2. Design the intelligent synthesized process system based on PDM, introduce process automatic created theory of orientation hierarchical layout, and process characteristic mapping model, and three-layer compositor theory of characteristic processing path orientation, artificial intelligence technique - 7 -is introduced to process path compositor, adopt characteristic hierarchical layouthierarchical disposal, set up the theory of which process creates expert system automatically,integrate with process creating module, manufacturing resource choosing module,the assured module of cutting parameter, and the computing module of process courseparameter together, realize the automatic created method of process documentarydynamically. 3. Design the intelligent synthesized process system based on CustomCAPPsystem and PDM On the developing platform offered by CustomCAPP system, integrate withCustomCAPP system and the intelligent synthesized process system based on PDMorganically, depend on CustomCAPP system, realize integrated intelligent synthesizedprocess system , and moreover realize the created process automatically.
