If you want to exchange dates to other CAD software through IGES,the IGES interface is necessary. It includes pre&past processing. The pre-processing is used to import files. On the other hand, the past processing is used to export files. This paper has shown the process and result how to gain and organize the dates of NURBS plane. Then we built the three-dimensioned numerical control program in ourselves conditions. On the base of IGES files the information of point, line, circle and revolve plane is obtained. We also gain other interrelated dates to built geometric information of CAM. The boundary of clapboard is made by the spread points obtained by IGES file to build a close graphics. The biarc methods for the constructing of arc splines have the following advantages.Firstly, it is simple.Secondly,it has almost no limitation while it is used.Thirdly, the two end points of the biarcs in the arc splines are exactly the points on the curves approximated, and the arc splines preserve the tangent vectors at these points.
