Research On Evaluation And Selection Of Logistics Service Providers In Construction Enterprises

With the rapid development of construction industry and the continuous expansion of industrial scale,construction enterprises are facing increasingly competitive market environment.In order to adapt to the competitive environment,construction enterprises need to change the backward construction organization mode and realize the transformation of the production mode.After years of development and practice in China,logistics theory has been widely valued by enterprises.More and more construction enterprises choose the logistics model that cooperate with logistics service providers.This logistics model can effectively reduce logistics cost,improve logistics efficiency and ultimately improve the core competitiveness of the construction enterprises.The selection of logistics partners in construction enterprises requires accurate judgment of their professional quality,service level and overall strength.Therefore,the research on the evaluation and selection of logistics service providers is of great practical significance.Firstly,the related concepts of logistics service provider are elaborated,logistics demand and logistics mode of construction enterprises are analyzed,and the theoretical basis for construction enterprises to select logistics providers is discussed.Then,according to the four levels of the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)and the logistics demand of construction enterprises,the logistics evaluation index is designed,and the evaluation index system of logistics service providers with internal logic level is established,which is suitable for construction enterprises.Then,according to the hierarchical evaluation index system,the sequential network DEA based hierarchical evaluation model is constructed by using the data envelopment analysis(DEA)method.Finally,the specific application process of the evaluation method is illustrated in the form of cases.The optimal logistics service provider is selected for the construction enterprise in the case,and the evaluation results are analyzed.This paper provides a certain theoretical basis and a specific practice method for construction enterprises to evaluate and select logistics service providers.
