With the rapid development of information technology and expanding of electric power marketing business, the traditional marketing mode of electric power has been hard to meet the demand of informatization in modern society. Many "information islands" makes the information communication between many electric power enterprises to be a difficult problem. Therefore, the electric power enterprises need to make the information smoothly be shared and integrated between different application systems so as to achieve the efficient collaboration of the business. It has important significance to establish a set of in line with international standards and meet new business requirements of intelligent electric power marketing system. Which reduce the enterprise’s core competitive ability and strain capacity.Based on the research of IEC61970, EC61968CIM, the present thesis analyzes the electric power marketing system, and proceeds to the designing and building of the conceptual model. The main work is as follows:On the basis of the analysis and research to the IEC61970,61968series standard and the core part CIM,and combining with the existing power marketing business of State Grid Corporation of China. We have summarized the principles, basic methods and steps of the electric power marketing CIM modeling, obtained the characteristic of CIM modeling, collected and organized the shared exchange demand, determined the scope of model, and identified and determined the entity objects and attributes in the modeling range, and classified and induced the entity objects. Furthermore, we have made a deep study to UML, Object Oriented technology and EA (Enterprise Architecture), analysed the essential requirements and modeling technology of the modeling to supplying a technology guarantee for the later period modeling.Designing and building a conceptual model of the electric power marketing system. In the process of conducting electric power marketing system information modeling, we will analyze the characteristic of the top-down and bottom-up modeling approach. Comprehensively considering the actual business demand and corresponding business system current situation of electric power marketing system, at the same time, take the data model of state grid and the modeling experience at home and abroad as reference. Adopt object-oriented method to analysis and design, building and expanding the CIM model based on UML description. In addition to this, use EA tool to build power marketing system conception model, maintaining and extending the established model in later period. The conceptual model verify of electric power marketing system. In order to ensure the quality of conceptual model, we need to verify the integrity, correction and consistency of the power marketing system. According to the verify requirements of customizing and extending data of date model, make a corresponding verify rule, then we developing corresponding verify tool to complete the verification by formulating the rules of verifying. Then we transformed the file of EA model to the file of word, and then output the corresponding word file. In this thesis, by building the conceptual model of electric power marketing system which was based on IEC-CIM, and on this basis I verified the model of electric power marketing system which I have designed, to ensure the correction and consistency of the model. In the later period of modeling, I transformed the EA file to word file for more easily to be read so as to ensure the correction and consistency of the model. It would be support the whole intelligent marketing integration system, and improve the development of electric power system information.
