The development of main battle tank is a key task for national safe tactic. It is non-replaceable in the battlefield from past to future for the sake of its sally and defence as a main weapon in the earth. Moreover, it is important to have an evaluation system for main battle tank's overall design scheme, which determines its success in using function and development.Taking the project of the evaluation system for main battle tank's overall design scheme, which is cooperating with a Tank Research Center, as background, the task of this dissertation is to sort it out the problem, that the previous evaluation method for main battle tank has to base on the qualitative research and the experts' experience, that there is not a scientific evaluation method and the evaluation result is not precious. On which a deep study for its evaluation index has been done. Moreover, the evaluation method of human-computer cooperative overall design scheme has provided by this paper on the on the basis of a variety of experts' modern evaluation methods.The main content for this dissertation:(1) The Human-Computer Cooperative Analytic Hierarchy Process Gray Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (HCC-AHP-GFCE) evaluation method is produced in this dissertation. On the basis of analyzing the content and index of evaluation method for main battle tank's overall design scheme, this dissertation confirms a synthetical evaluation index system for a stepped overall design scheme for main battle tank. Along with experts' AHP-FCE theory, the evaluation method of HCC-AHP-GFCE is produced. It mainly improves on the process of weights of indexes and the consistency of judginf matrix along with the use of HCC-SA. In addition, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is improved on the basis of bringing in the concept of illegibility value as well as gray relation analysis. In the meantime, according to different qualitative and quantitative index of the main evaluation system for main battle tank, the relevant index quantitative method as well as the process and the flow of the evaluation method for HCC-AHP-GFCE are given.(2) The original software of evaluation system for main battle tank's overall design scheme is provided in this dissertation. A network system on the basis of B/S within the local network is developed which also describes the evaluation system's overall structure and model's function in order that more people can be involved to comment on it.(3) The numerical value for the experiment in the evaluation method is similar with actual data. Taking a variety of overall design schemes for foreign main battle tanks asexamples, the numerical value of this dissertation is taken according to these actual data. The result shows that the evaluation method adopted by this paper is scientific and subjective whose function is better than the traditional HAP-FCE.This evaluation method not only benefits the development of science and technology in related fields theoretically, but it can be applied to some actual projects. Moreover, it lays the foundation for further research on this area. Furthermore, it is possible that it could be applied to the evaluation of main battle tank's overall design scheme.The subject of this dissertation is financially supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 50335040,50275019).
