| The study of ship plates forming by electromagnetic induction heating is still a blank in either in china or the others countries. Traditional process of ship plates forming is oxy-acetylene torch heating as heating sources ,which can heating the partial surface of the plate, in this way the plate is generate heating stress by different temperatures in different part of the plate, but this technique still has some shortcomings such as low in production efficiency and poisonous environment and so forth ,it is totally limited the improvement of ship building efficiency and be the choke point of shorten the shipbuilding period, accordingly finding another heating source is necessary and has a bright future. Compare with oxygen-acetylene torch, electromagnetic induction heating has so many advantage .in this paper, a lot of research work in the numerical simulation of steel plates by electromagnetic induction heating were did, through the theoretic study , thermal elasto-plastic deformation and experiments means, we draw the conclusion of this paper. The main contents are summarized as follows:1. The theory of line heating by electromagnetic induction and the brief introduction of line heating. The writer introduced the line heating on steel plates forming. The feasibility of steel plates forming by Electromagnetic induction heating is bring forward aimed at the disadvantages of oxygen-acetylene torch. The induction heating is transforming the electricity energy to heating, and the distributing of temperature is different in different part of steel plate, and the heating stress can make the plate forming.2. Through analyzing the temperature field and the forming field of the steel plate to set up the temperature field and stress model of steel plates. Simulating the deformation of the steel plate by induction heating in Finite Element Method(FEM), including temperature analysis, stress analysis and deformation analysis.3. Introducing the induction heating machine system and getting the regressive equation by the database of experiment, then analyzing the influence of parameters.4. Comparing with calculation data with regressive formulation, and check the veracity of the regression equation.5. To summarize the paper and bring forward the aim to do in the future. |
