The load of urban increased rapidly because of the national economy speedy development, because the development of distribution network delayed, the problems which was old equipment, power insufficiency, illogical network connection and low reliability were outstanding. So many problem in rebuild of urban power grid is important, it is background of the thesis.The thesis discussed the fundamental which is voltage grade, reliability, connection mode, transformer load and power equipment. Put forward the principle of rebuild and planning to 10KV distribution system, it has instructional meaning to rebuild of urban power.In allusion to the specialty of power distribution system, the thesis discussed the three method of load forecast, formed the criterion of forecast to Zhu Madian. Basis of the actuality in distribution system, tenet is that can realize, the thesis pointed out the main problem of power, in order to solve the problem, the thesis put forward the method of rebuild, these method were beneficial reference to rebuild of urban power grid.The thesis discussed the method of planning which adopted the math planning. Taking into account many restrict condition, found the math model of planning, design of the heuristic optimize method which was based on the minimal tree. The thesis discussed the method of branch exchange which is practical method.
