| Mechanical system requires to actualize the function in specifically condition.But,in fact,mechanical equipment is abnormal and invalid under some circumstance to affect the function of the equipment badly.Gearbox is the important transmission device in a mechanical system.The fault diagnosis of gearbox is a important task in the field of the fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment.The paper introduces the traits and the research actuality of the fault diagnosis of gearbox,discusses the theory and technique of the fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment(especially in the field of gearbox),uses a general method called Time-Shifting Correcting Method of Phase Difference on Discrete Spectmm.That is,sampling signal of (L+N) points as one segment,taking the first N points as N-point sequence;From the Lth point to the end,another N-point sequence is obtained.Performing FFT on both sequences and correcting spectrum by use of the phase difference of corresponding peak lines.Compared with other correction methods,it is more general which can't be affected by adding different window function simple algorithm and fast processing speed.The fault diagnosis based on virtual instalment is to integrate the techniques of fault diagnosis and virtual instrument.It uses a general PC as a server,establish the monitor point on the equipment by data collection device to collect the work data.The monitoring server can scout and log the work state of the equipment and alarm when the equipment works abnormally.Using the technique of virtual instrument,the paper researches and develops a module of the fault diagnosis of gearbox by LabVIEW.In the R&D,using Lab VIEW to develop three parts:the signal generating module,data collection and storage module,data disposal and diagnosis module.Realizing the basal function of the fault diagnosis of gearbox and meet the requirements of engineering compared with the traditional methods. |
