In the entire aero-engine control system, the design of the throttle lever in the control plate is very important. To achieve the test of diversified bus's control characteristic, the digital throttle lever have manifold interface mode, better functions and enough extend ability. This paper presents the corresponding method based on the functional requirement of the throttle lever. The design develops and researches the digital and multibus throttle lever from the parts of hardware, software and mechanical structure. In the operation, we can adjust the position of the throttle lever to bring the corresponding digital signals, change the state of the engine's model by digital control system and the actuator. Using the digital plan can meet the development of numerical control technology. The operation of the device is easy and reliably in the course of the test and use. The mechanical structure of entire device is reasonable. Handle of the throttle lever is similar to the true one,it can be regulated to meet the actual requirement in the use. The soft of the monitor and test of the throttle lever has been finished, and it can watch and test the state and the performance of the entire device. By using and test, the device's working state is stabilization and it can meet the requirement of the operation and test.
