The Norm Force Machine(NFM) is the highest grade in force measurementand force transfer field of a nation. It's one type of force standard machine whichcan be used to test the capability of load cell. Because the NFM is the highestgrade of all kinds of standard force machine, its capability will determine theprecision of all force measure vocation. Its good development is very important tothe economy, military affairs, spaceflight etc. of a nation.In this thesis we established the 1MN Dead Norm Force Machine (1MNDNFM)as the research object and particularly analyze and study the following aspects.Thefeasible and reasonable resolvent are brought forward involved of the problems.Including some important aspects as follows:1. Analyze 1MNDNFM'mechanical structure and the course of weights rearrangement impacting on measurement precisionThe mechanical structure of 1MNDNFM is very complex. We must analyze allcomponents of it, master its mechanical principle and know its working processwell. The main machinery parts are weights -criterion of force detection , claws–equipment of supporting weights, fixing cage –equipment of placing the weights,moving cage –equipment of carrying weights, preloading device –equipment offorcing the suspending device, suspending device -equipment of bearing theinspecting weights, lever device –equipment of balancing the suspending device'sweight, preventing swing device –equipment of preventing the swing of thesuspending device. In this thesis we analyze these components and establish thecontrol model of the course of weights rearrangement and analyze the workprinciple of it , accordingly ensure the measurement precision theoretically .2. Analyze 1MNDNFM'surveillance and control systemThe 1MNDNFM has so many executing equipments ,the process is complexand it's very difficult to control it. Here is a control mode of THREE LEVEL inthis thesis. The first level is a industrial computer, it's a platform and a interfacefor workers to operating the 1MNDNFM. The second level is made up of a PLCand a singlechip, whose functions are to receive the orders of the industrialcomputer ,drive the executing equipments and send back all status real time. Thethird level is the executing equipments and these are the main components of1MNDNFM.The industrial computer sends orders to the PLC and the singlechipby series ports and I/O cards. There is introduction in this thesis about seriescommunication and I/O cards in detail.3.Programming software of the industrial computerIn this thesis we mainly introduce the programming of the control software byusing Visual C++. The software control the PLC, the singlechip and two 2000meters by series communication. We mostly think of visible control, visualizingdisplay and what you see is what you get in choice of the interface. We can use thecapability of VC++ to make the control process visible and the control displayvivid. We can see every order's executing process by cartoons. The interface ismade up of ToorBar, Menu and Device picture. The control interface is an abstractfrom the 1MNDNFM's structure and operators can operate 1MNDNFM byspotting the pictures and buttons. There are also the character display of the stateofmoving cage ,preloading device and the beam. We program universal processingdata software so that we can deal with data gathered from different machine.4.Establish the basis model of expert system of 1MNDNFM control softwareExpert system is an important embranchment of artificial intelligence subjectfield and it is a program system prossess of a great lot of expert knowledge andexperience. Based on special field knowledge of one or more human experts, itapply artificial intelligence technology to reason, judge ,simulate human experts'settle process to solve the complex questions. In this thesis we mainly introducethe basic knowledge of expert system and its use on 1MNDNFM controlsoftware.The aim is to make the software a Interpretation,Diagnosis,Monitoring,Control software. Using Dreamweaver and e-Stack room ,we can make the helpfiles of our control software and fulfill the knowledge storeroom. But this process...
