The Process Analysis Of The Belt Conveyor Transverse Failure And The Study Of The Grasper

According to the theory of finite element,mathematical model ofbelt conveyor'S failure was established in this paper.Simulation of beltconveyor'S failure was proceeded with the help of Matlab.Andcorrelative datum were gotten on basis of correlative characters of theadjustable belt conveyor which was designed by ourselves.That providedtheoretical basis for the design of graspers.Preliminary design ofbi-directional graspers'structure was attained,condition of grasp wasgiven and the corrective parameters which were applied by the graspercarrying out grasp were discussed and researched.The three-dimensionalstructure of bi—directional grasper was designed with PRO/E,and thethree—dimension moves of graspers'grasp action were made.On basis ofprinciple of chip computer the dynamic check and control system of beltgrasper were given,the loss which was brought by belt conveyor'S failurewas decreased greatly.
