Belt conveyor is the main device of modern scattered material successive transportation; it's widely used in industrial domains as harbor transport, chemical industry, mines, power plant and metallurgy. It is unenviable that the belt tear accident happens occasionally, when it happens, the belt will destroy within several minutes, causing hundreds of thousands dollars loss on itself value, or even more economic loss. With the conveyor belt of an increasingly wide range use, the tear incident occurs more frequently. Thus, it is important to study the characteristics of the belt tear theoretical and practical significance.This paper studies on the computer simulation of tear process based on the kinetic theory of elasticity, tear stress and deformation character rounded by several aspects. This research is summarized as follows;(1) Based on the large number of investigations, mainly because of torn belt, torn parts points format.(2) This paper particularly explain the force on the belt in unsteady predicament, and put up breaking principle dynamics simulate experiment with MATLAB software, analyzing the results of start and brake dynamical simulation.(3) Studies on the vertical belt around by the tear strength and deformation character study their own weight belt tensioning and belt. Bearing the weight of the material around a set of changes to the belt and empty tear of the lateral vertical and horizontal-vertical stress distribution Deformation identified notable features.(4)This paper has analyzed signal detection in the course of Belt tearing, has carried on the research of the Control system of the belt conveyer.
