With the rapid developing of industry and modem science and technology, such communal facilities as the skyscraper, hospital and factory, etc. will be higher and higher to the demand for supplying power. It will cause great accident or economic losses in the event of power interruption. The Emergency Power Supply can offer the electric energy for equipment in various kinds of occasions while the power interrruption. It is important to research the high-powered Emergency Power Supply.After surveying and studying the domestic and international research current situation on switching power supply and application technology, and carrying on systematic analysis and synthesize to the present domestic and international emergency supply, We take out the specification and general project to meet the user's requirement, and calculate the parameter of power transformer, and choose the typies of IGBT.After the PWM technology and vector coordinate converted, we adopt PI regulator to control space voltage vector that produced by emergency supply. The method adopted by the article is not the SVPWM technology. It is to control space voltage vector invariable amplitude in d axle and q axle in fact. There is three-phase SPWM wave by SPWM modulating. After transformer stepping up and wave filter, it becomes three symmetrical sinusoidal wave. The simulation results show that it has fine balanced degree of wave form of the three-phase voltage and low wave form and distorted degree by adapting this method, Even under the seriously asymmetric situation of three-phase load.On the basis of theory analysis and emulation, we have developed the hardware circuit based on Model TMS320F2812 DSP, and debug passing on the hardware. We adopt the embedded operating system uC/OS-II as the software developed platform, and adopt the C language implementation system function module, for upgrading and providing convenience and the programming and maintenance for the future.
