| In the resent year, people become more and more concern about inside air quality (IAQ). Although there are lot of reasons caused IAQ, the main problem engaged into the air condition system is the lack of fresh air and too high comparative humidity of the inside air. Therefore, in "ASHRAE criterion 62-1989" has put forward two main improvement measures: 1, to increase the design of the fresh air quantity to 2~4 times than the original one; 2, to maintain the comparative humidity of inside air to 30%~60% . The latent heat load and the sensible heat load of the condition system will be enlarged meanwhile by increasing the quantity of fresh air. However, dealing with the latent heat load by conventional air condition is not so well.This course is main to design one of air condition with utilizing desiccant as total heat recycle media, with total heat recycle of fresh air by utilizing the inside returned air, and combine with the heat pump system. Dealing the sensible heat load by utilizing the heat pump system and dealing the latent heat load mainly by utilizing the fluid system. The energy needed by reproduction of the fluid is utilizes the heat consumption of heat pump. Therefore, this air condition can provide the total fresh air, and enjoys high cooling efficiency; the sterilized function of fluid can fold the mission of clearing the air.
