As the core of power grid development,the substation’s operation mode determines the stability and economy of the power grid system.In recent years,as domestic substations have gradually adopted a comprehensive automation system that integrates monitoring and control,it has not only reduced the failure rate caused by human error touches and touches,but also improved the operation level of the power grid.Through this technology,the functions of the electrical equipment in the substation can be optimized and upgraded,so as to achieve the exchange and sharing of internal data,and can monitor,measure,control and protect the system operation status in the power station in real time.Based on the current series of hidden dangers in the 220 kV Hayi Transformation which has been in operation for more than 20 years,it is far from meeting the needs of today’s society,and proposes the application of integrated substation automation,computer and communication technology to the field of substations.First,it introduces the application status,research and application of automation technology at home and abroad,and introduces several common structural modes of substation automation.By comparing the original substation operation mode with the substation after the new technology transformation,the advantages and disadvantages are summarized and proposed.Necessity for comprehensive automation transformation of substations.Through consulting the historical data of primary equipment and secondary equipment and consulting related manufacturers,all equipment in the station is investigated and checked one by one,and the best transformation plan is formulated according to the transformation principles of economic rationality and technological advancement.Including the replacement of primary equipment and secondary equipment,focusing on the replacement and reorganization of relay protection devices,power monitoring equipment,transformer coolers,electrical wiring methods,circuit breakers,and communication systems.Secondly,it introduces the related ones,which introduces the design plan of the comprehensive automation system transformation,construction installation and post-commissioning.By comparing the operating parameters of the reconstructed 220 kV Ha-Yi Substation with the operating conditions a few years ago,it is confirmed that the transformation has reached the pre-determined target.Through the introduction of this technology,staff can locate and analyze faults more quickly and accurately,and deal with them quickly.This strongly proves that the integrated automation system of the substation not only improves the operation level of the power system,but also improves the stability of the operation of the substation.According to the actual operation after the transformation of the 220 kV Ha-Yi Substation,the transformation plan of the integrated automation management system has achieved the expected transformation effect.The comprehensive automatic management system helps the staff to effectively locate and analyze the fault,and solve the fault problem quickly.This proves that the comprehensive automation management of the 220 kV Ha-Yi substation can effectively reduce the incidence of misoperation accidents,improve the accuracy and timeliness of fault handling,and ensure the reliability and safety of power grid operation.
