Mianyang is located in the northwest of Sichuan Basin, it is one of the most important economy strategic highland in Sichuan province, and it comes to new and rich during the process of electronic industry , social progress and economic prosperity these years. Now Mianyang is keeping a firming hand on the opportunity of the development of west China and building a scientific and technological city. It makes great efforts to turn into an economic city in the west of China. With the economic development of Mianyang, municipal Party committee, municipal government offices will be moved to horticulture hill of western suburb according to the request of overall plan of the city. The intermediate people court of Mianyang is also in the list of the moving project under this situation.Entrusted by them, our academy has received the complex court architectural design that the new intermediate people court of Mianyang incorporates justice business and handle official business into an organic whole.Regarded as project director, I am in charge of courtyard design. This process has given me a chance to investigate court architectural design further.Court building belongs to new-type building in our country, this project lies to the new administrative center of the city, not only design conceiving, the structure type of the building, but also construction aspect, needs one further, careful, considerate research and creation of design way .This article takes example by the design of adjudication division and office building of intermediate people court of Mianyang mainly, carrying on the discussions in the plot of the design and question, making a concrete and in-depth research to the particularity of court architectural design, and strives to design one unique court building with rational composition and perfect function.
