This paper from the district planning general situation and the current status of distribution network, electricity demand analysis and forecasting, distribution network development planning in three aspects of Zhenhai District distribution network planning, including:Planning area survey and the current status of distribution network:first of all, the situation in Zhenhai District Social and economic development, and the goal of urban construction and development, positioning, and other were reviewed in this paper. Then from two levels of high-voltage, medium voltage distribution network, analysis of the current situation, high voltage distribution network focused on 110 (35) kV grid network structure, equipment, medium voltage distribution network is from lOkV line network structure, equipment and technical rationality two aspects were analyzed. According to the results of the analysis, the weak link of the high pressure and MV distribution network is found out, which is the basis for the following distribution network planning.Analysis and forecasting of power demand:Based on the analysis of Zhenhai District, load characteristics, power demand forecasting. Prediction method, using a combination of mathematical model and spatial load forecasting, taking into account the load growth trends and load spatial distribution, and cross check the predicted results.The planning of distribution network development:firstly, the deep analysis of the typical connection modes of distribution network in both at home and abroad and Zhenhai District, the connection mode and load density matching, and thus as the foundation to build town area partition of the target network. To target year, Zhenhai District medium voltage distribution network connection modes for cable with single loop network and loop network of overhead power lines and multi segment tie connection mode. Taking the target space truss as the target, taking the status net as the foundation, carries on the transition year distribution network plan, the summary transition year distribution network newly and the transformation project quantity. Finally, select the Zhenhai Metro as power supply reliability analysis of typical region, is used to calculate the Zhenhai new target in the reliability of power supply 10kV line.
