This paper Lin’an city planning and distribution network planning area, the general situation and the situation from the distribution network power demand forecasting, distribution network development planning in three aspects, including:The general situation and the distribution network planning areas:according to the present situation of Lin’an City Township distribution, Lin’an city will be divided into East, West, in three for the District, distribution network status based on power supply section on analysis, due to three for the district development maturity is different, its distribution network is at a different stage, with the analysis of current power grid emphasis is also exist differences. The Eastern Division mature, distribution network development in the early period to improve the transition stage, this time focusing on the grid structure analysis of distribution network of normative, load transfer capacity and reliability indices. In the West Division, and slow development in the early stages of development, distribution network, distribution network analysis focuses on the equipment level and operation level.Power demand forecasting:Based on the analysis of Lin’an city social economic and historical load development trend, power demand forecasting.
