As important ingredients of our country's base water conservancy, sluice display significant action in such areas as flood protection, draining water-logged, irrigation, water supply, shipping, hydraulic power generation etc. . But most of the sluices in-service have worked between 20 years to 30 years and flowed into deterioration phrase, appeared different degree damages. All the cases which have mentioned above have affected sluice safety in working. So it is very import to research on the reliability of sluice system, which can supply a kind of easily application, science rational evaluation means. Combining with the character of sluice engineering of our country's, the thesis gives a systematic and thorough study on some technical of assessment of sluice system reliability, which includes:(a) Based on thoroughly investigation and study, a analyses and generalise about sluice's major disease layouts was given in the thesis, and the problems principal cause was probed as well, which lay a foundation for the establishment of the assessment system of sluices system reliability.(b) According to structure analysis characteristic of sluice reliability, the regularities of distribution and parameter's values of some elements which affected sluice reliability calculation were statisticed.(c) analysised the main elements which affected sluice safety, such as seepage stabilization , structure stabilization(sliding stabilization , foundation bearing capacity), earth quick stabilization, flood protection capacity, and established analysis model of reliability.(d) Based on the analyses and generalize of detection and appraisal technical at the present time, the thesis put forward a speed and utility evaluating indicator architecture for sluice system reliability appreciation, it will do everything possible to avoid artificial factors interfering evaluation conclusion and prepar objective and truly appreciation sluice system.(e) Based on the established evaluating indicator architecture, the thesis put forward such sluice safety evaluation methods as synthetic method fuzzy method, change weight synthetic method, pattern identification method and neural network method which based on artificial network etc.
