Study On Mechanics And Prevention Of Residence Building Crack

At present, the material form of buildings for residence mostly include reinforcedconcrete structure and masonry buildings in our country. Whether masonry buildings orreinforced concrete structures, the cracks mainly appear in the plates of the reinforcedconcrete structures, some appear in the walls. The paper emphasize the appearing reasonsand the measures for preventing and curing of the cracks in reinforced concrete casted-in-site plates, and then analyse the appearing reasons and the measures for preventing andcuring of the cracks in masonry buildings. The main content are as follows:1. Exoatiate on the infection of designing and construction for the appearing of thecracks in reinforced concrete casted-in-site plates, and bring forward measures forpreventing and curing.2. On the base of analyzing the reasons of the appearing of the cracks in reinforcedconcrete casted-in-site plates before and after construction, analyzing the appearingmechanism of the cracks in reinforced concrete casted-in-site plates using the software ofFEM analysis. Combine with the project practice, bring forward the measures forcontrolling the appearing of cracks, and bring forward the measures for the cracks afterappearing via analyzing the reasons.3.Sum up the character and discriminating mode of the cracks ofmasonry buildings under distortion bases on the daily life. Aim at thecharacter of masonry buildings, analysis the appearing reason of the wallcracks from the change of temperature, the change of humidity andheterogeneous subsidence, and bring forward measures and principal forcontrolling.
