The complexity of the water supply system also will be increased and the traditional experiential attemper can not fit for the demand of the nowadays society's development, the optimal attemper and manger of the water supply system will become more important.This paper is to take the pipe network of HanDan City as an example, carrying on the analysis and research to the movement condition of the water supply system of HanDan City, according to the mathematics model, the algorithms, the modern control theories and the Forecasting; combine to the model of the optimal attemper, optimize the design of the water supply system. At the same time, in order to improve the credibility and the economy of supply water the system, we apply the computer technique to the emulation of the water supply system and empolder the software of the optimal water supply system by pipe equation, mathematics model, and so on.The optimal attemper of the water supply system is by the fullinquisition research to the water supply system, find out the currently existent problem of the pipe network in the construction and circulate, manage. Definite the means of the modeling data aequision, is a quality control that takes care of the pipe network to set up the model.
