The vein infusion is a kind of most frequently used clinical treatment method. There is not a peristaltic pump that controls the liquid medicine to infuse in early "days. The patient's condition could be serious because lack of the right speed of vein infusion. And it could increase both the hospital and patient's family burden too. The peristaltic pump just comes to being at the historic moment in order to meet this kind of demand.The peristaltic pump can realize the following function :(1)Very accurate measurement and controlling the speed of infusion;(2)accurately and the amount of infusion controlled;(3)the liquid flows is proportion to input, do not produce pulsing ;(4)Can alarming to leak liquid and infusion in charge of unusual situation of blocking, to bubble, empty liquid, and cut off the infusion automatically;(5)Realize the intellectual control infusion.The Foreign peristaltic pumps are relatively early, type various, better performance which has designed intelligent infusion r of pump. The domestic of the peristaltic pump starts relatively late, the type is simplistic and the pump's performance needs to improve too.Several main functions of the peristaltic pump are alarming to the bubble, can judge the empty bottle and block. Having solved these main functions, the other parts are simple because all can be drawn lessons from for others. The main functions part is a key content of design.The infusion speed measure can be measure drop directly or indirectly. The velocity of flow can measure by the ultrasonic methods in some degree. The ultrasonic Doppler's methods depend on number of the particles in liquid. It cannot be used in the peristaltic pump to measure the velocity of flow. LC method can measure the speed of dropping indirectly or directly. The indirect methods are all measuring the velocity of flow by drops. This text has compared and analysed these kinds of methods at first, andchoose the simplest method and realize it finally: Infrared method.Bubble detection of liquid can spend the method that by measuring propagating time of ultrasonic wave. The infrared method can also measure bubbles, like the principle with measuring the drops. This text adopts this kind of method to design. Meanwhile, the pulse width of bubble is calculated. The purpose of method is to improved stability of system.How to measure blocking? Because in blocking, drops flowing are very slow, this text proposes measure interval of two drops, if the gauging time is over, the system can judge blocking or empty .By this way it replace the special sensor measurement of pressure.If the velocity of drops is over, it means the pump may leak. The sensor of leakage is cancelled by this way. But the function and its alarm still possess. The drop is a low frequency signal and it will use and long delay time in the software. But long delay program are take up too many resource of system. To settle the problem, the paper used the method that the hardware generates the delays time. In this way system can reduce some interrupt signal losing in delay time, have improved systematic dependability.The hardware and software are closely linked in a system, the software is the support of the hardware. Software is the lever that the whole performance of the hardware. The procedure of the software is the key part that the function of the software program, so this text designs this part of contents in detail, and chapters dividing design according to the function module. The structure is that states first, then dividing theory, the last conclusion. Chapter in this text is divided by module design thinking.The chapter one study the meaning of subject, peristaltic pump' s kind of the equipment first, it develop and look into peristaltic pump' s future.
