Research On Technology Model Of Asphalt Pavement Mechanization Construction Based On MTV

In the construction of modern Asphalt Pavement, to some extend, the pavement qualify depends on the rationality of construction technology. During the traditional construction technology, asphalt concrete are damped directly into the hopper of the paver from a tipper, which will destroy the working stability of the paver and lead to both material segregation and temperature segregation, which create the early damage of the asphalt pavement aggravate.From the mechanized construction technology, the thesis has chiefly carried on research of the following several aspects:(l)This paper firstly analyses the shortcoming of the traditional construction technology and put forward a solution, adding a MTV (material transfer vehicle) between a tipper and a paver, which deposits and mixes asphalt concrete again, to reduce material segregation and temperature segregation and ensure the continuunu the stabilization and the constant velocity of paver.(2)The principle of choosing single construction machine and the running rule of each machine in the whole construction system are researched, which has practical value to the organization of the asphalt concrete pavement construction.(3)This article puts emphasis on the technology model research of the new technology that includes the change model of asphalt concrete temperatures the optimized scheme model of construction machine and the molar controlling model of the new technology, which help the management using computer in the construction.(4)The paper analyses the feasibility of the new technology basing on the application of MTV in the Changjin highway of Jiangxi province and the circuitous highway around Hangzhou City by a mass of testing data and photos and puts forward a concept: generally optimized economic cost which is used to estimate the possibility of the whole new technology.
