| Nowadays,in the overall downward environment of China’s construction industry,the profit space of the real estate industry is constantly reduced.This paper selects the cost control in the design stage of construction projects as the research object.The traditional design optimization mode has some problems,such as low efficiency and insufficient optimization depth.Therefore,BIM technology is introduced to provide new ideas and solutions for the traditional work mode BIM Technology has the characteristics of three-dimensional visualization,simulation and coordination.After several years of development and vigorously promoted by local governments,the actual application has gradually become mature.Therefore,the application of BIM Technology in the cost control of construction project design stage has greatly improved the work efficiency and cost control effect of staff.On the basis of fully reading the relevant literature of BIM Technology and cost control at home and abroad,this paper first expounds the concepts of the two,then introduces the traditional methods of cost control in the design stage,and points out the existing problems.Aiming at these problems,combined with BIM Technology,this paper discusses the process and solutions of cost control in the design stage,and introduces BP neural network This paper puts forward the research method of cost prediction before cost control,.Select a primary school teaching building project,in the way of actual case demonstration,first use the Revit core modeling software to establish a three-dimensional information model,combined with BIM Technology and BP neural network algorithm,through MATLAB software programming to predict the cost,the market information price obtained from the test has a certain predictability and reference value,and obtain the future market information of construction project related materials through cost prediction It provides data support for the comparison and selection of different design schemes for subsequent cost control.Then,through the GFC plug-in,IFC,gbxml standard interactive format file,the Revit model is imported into the relevant BIM application software for in-depth analysis.Combined with PKPM software for structural analysis,Ecotect energy saving analysis software for energy consumption analysis,the analysis of the different design scheme using Guanglianda software for measurement and pricing,quantitative analysis of the final optimal scheme,using Navis Works,fuzor software for collision simulation test,the collision points and collision areas obtained by collision detection are classified one by one,according to different requirements Through case analysis,the conclusion fully reflects the economic benefits brought by cost control through BIM Technology.Figure: [27];table: [31];reference: [71];... |
