The Research Of The Train Electric Integrated Control System Based On Lonworks Technology

With the development of computer technology, control technology and communication technology, and the requirement of high speed ,heavy load and safety in railway train ,the electric control system in train is hugging a good opportunity for progress and is facing a severe challange.The electric control system in train includes the train network and the microcomputer control system of the carriage class .It diagnoses and shows all sorts of errors in course,with the functions of inspection,control,diagnose protection,information hint,net communication and etc.And the system actualizes the synthesized control of the electric system and can communicate between carriages,and will actualize the communication between the train and the groud or the communication between the groud and the train step by step.The safety,reliability and perfect function is necessary for the train electric control system to speed fast,overload and keep safety,while our country is just beginning to indraught and absorb technology above mentioned, so the research in train electric integrated control system is full of economic value and social meaning.LonWorks technology is fully adopted in railway,building automatization and some industry control field,with excellent open and inter-handle characteristic.This paper firstly analyses the research situation of LonWorks abroad and in of china,and studies the train electric control system based on LonWorks control network, designs the whole project of train electric integrated control system.It designs functions of the system and emphasized analyses the LonWorks communication protocol-LonTalk's effect on real time character and reliability of the whole electric control system from the network protocol ,the service type and the MAC sub-layer.This paper designs Lon gateway which is the important unit of the train electric integrated control system,It implements the protocol shift between serial port and LonWorks network,obligates the CAN bus interface, and solves the current problem which is bringed by legion producing manufactures aand the disaccord interfaces of the products.
