The dynamics model under different working conditions was established inthe article according to dynamics principle. Every parameter that effected distributionof stretching forces of chain was analyzed systematically. After analysis andcalculation for resistance coefficient and loads of scraper conveyor, the formulation ofchange of chain stretching force which was under the condition of start,brake andwork of scraper conveyor was obtained in theory. The design project of dynamicalexperimental system which belonged to scraper conveyor was presented. Thehydraulic servomechanism of scraper conveyor was designed and dynamicalemulation of the hydraulic servomechanism was proceeded with the help of Matlab.Dynamical emulation of the vulnerable spot of scraper chain -connecter was set upusing finite element method, and its structure parameters were optimized. That mean agreat deal for further study in the field.
